The first employee, Dr. Sang Lee, was responsible for the sale of the townhouse. She was so nice to Pam, helping her pick out an excellent location, and looking out for her all along the way.  She did an excellent job in guiding her. Sang is a very warm and pleasant woman who is definitely a valuable asset to your company. She was always very genuine, down to earth, and most importantly, she was truthful throughout the process which makes people happy to deal with her. Sang kept us informed and went out of her way to help Pam make the right decisions.

     The second employee is Manny Spanos, the framing supervisor. Manny took a great deal of time showing us everything that we were supposed to know about the house. We were so impressed with him. He took such pride in his work, explaining everything that K. Hovnanian does in the construction to make it a better house. It was as if he built the townhouse with his own two hands. You definitely do not find many people like Manny in today's world.

     The third employee is Scott Menture, the finishing supervisor. Scott has been phenomenal. He has gone out of his way to help our daughter make a smooth transition into her new home. He made sure that the few concerns that she did encounter were corrected to her satisfaction. Scott immediately addressed the few issues that she had on her final walk thru. All of these were minor because he had already made sure that everything was done correctly in the first place. Scott is a very valuable employee; he goes out of his way to accommodate homeowners and their concerns.  Scott is extremely approachable, and follows up on every detail, going above and beyond.  He is an excellent representative for the K. Hovnanian company.

       Because of all three of these people, this home buying experience was a joy. Our daughter, Pamela, is a very happy homeowner. You are very lucky to have Sang, Manny, and Scott as your employees and representatives.
