I write so that you are aware of the oustanding team effort I encountered as a customer. Your staff perfomed their individual jobs at an exemplary level, which led to seamless service. For this reason, you should be ecstatic of your team's total quality management.
I distinctly recall being greeted by the ebullient intern, Matthew Lovelace, last August (2007). His personality, as my co-worker remarked, "is the type you would want as a builder to market homes." Mr. Lovelace's enthusiasm welcomed me to KHOV along with its product and his extreme care to administrative details impressed me. In no time, he showed me my future home!
I was then transferred to a sales associate, Ms. Maria Jones. Ms. Jones had the daunting task to prepare me for financing and to respond to my due diligence items. Her result-driven accountability and high level customer service enabled me to close on the acquisition within my anticipated timeframe. Kudos to Ms. Jones for her responsiveness to all my questions!
I moved in but would not become settled in my home until Mr. Mike Keenan would go beyond the call of duty. His willingness to assist me to manually move a piece of furniture into my condominium saved the day. I am very grateful for his service that assures customer satisfaction.
I must also note the positive effect your subcontractor had on completing my move. He assisted Mr. Keenan. When I attempted to monetarily show my gratitude, he not only refused but when I insisted, he challenged me to give said amount to my church in lieu of himself. Words cannot effectively communicate how his remarks divinely permeated my heart, and I followed suit accordingly. This experience affirms my belief that KHOV is committed to hiring and retaining associates of high moral character. I am deeply touched, more than you will ever know.
My move, however, would not be complete without having minor home owner service needs. At this juncture, Mr. Jason Hart and Mr. Bob Oliff have both provided outstanding service. Mr. Hart's punctuality and quick turnaround time is consistent and duly appreciated. He demonstrates a corporate philosophy that values a high standard for customer service.
Mr. Oliff also demonstrates an exceedingly high regard for customers. I encountered a water leak that just refused to reveal its source. Mr. Oliff took great care in bringing drawings and providing me with edification. He definitely wanted me to be satisfied, but also completely understand his determination.
All in all, your team receives high praises from me as a customer. The above average level of work ethic exemplified throughout my pre and post purchase process lets me know that the KHOV family sets a high level of expectation for its associates. Assuming so, you should join me in acknowledging and commending the aforementioned associates for exceptional service; they epitomize KHOV.
