Our closing budget for the month of May is 13. As of 1:00pm today we had 12 closings. The 13th closing was not going to happen based upon the buyer's schedule.
One employee decided, unsolicited I might add, that in order to achieve our goal, a trip to the buyer in Boca Raton was in order. Today, at 3:49pm EST, the 13th home closed in Boca Raton.
