Hi Sarah,

Thanks for following up on the frame walk for us with Tom Miller. Just wanted to recap our conversation of a minute ago. Judi and I had a really wonderful 3 1/2 hour session with Fran Vitek this morning.

Fran was extremely helpful and patient with us, and both of us feel that your organization is fortunate to have, like you and Heather, such a terrific person in Fran, as all of you create the magic and know how to make people's dreams come true.

We know it's Four Seasons at Beaumont, but at times it feels like we're signing up for Disneyland. In a way, maybe it is -- the adult version given the resort-like amenities of Four Seasons.

It's an exciting time for us, and we thank you, and Fran, and Heather, for helping us along every step of the way.

We're filling out the paperwork for Celeste and Heather, which we should be able to complete over the weekend, and I'll be in contact with Heather tomorrow for an update on the closing costs now that we have locked in the upgrade number.

Finally, better late than never, thank you so very much for the beautiful basket of fruit you sent. Judi devoured most of it (so good to see her appetite coming back after the New Year's siege), and we're going to split the pineapple tonight for our after dinner treat.
